Chris Dalessio is spending 45 hours in a lift truck to raise money, school supplies and food for Bunnell Elementary School. He will be suspended in a boom lift at Veterans Park in Flagler Beach from 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 25, to 3 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 27. Local businesses and vendors have donated time and materials to help with the fundraising efforts. You can donate during the event at Veteran’s Park or online at Perch-A-Thon for Bunnell Elementary School.

Dalessio explains, “I am raising money to help pay for the unpaid lunches from last school year so money does not get taken from other areas and away from the students and teachers. In order to achieve my goal, I’m also going to spend 45 hours in a boom lift 40 feet in Veterans Park in Flagler Beach in order to raise money school supplies and non perishable food to send home with the students to ensure they will eat while not in school. This money will help with the lunch debt and to buy supplies for student as well for teachers. Anything will help thank you and God bless.”
