The Flagler County Housing Services Division is asking actively licensed and insured general, residential, building, and roofing contractors who are in good standing and have recent experience in home rehabilitation, renovations, or roof replacement to respond to a Request for Statement of Qualifications (RSQ 24-033Q).
Housing Services receives funding to fortify the “housing element” of the county’s Comprehensive Plan objective to strengthen and preserve the housing inventory. More contractors are needed to help complete the many jobs across the county.
“The goal is to have these residential contractors enter an approved pool of contractors with Flagler County,” said Housing Program Manager Devrie Paradowski. “Housing Services Division will then request quotes for various residential rehabilitation and roofing projects throughout the year.”
Submissions are due by August 1. Questions must be submitted to the Vendor Link portal (myvendorlink.com) by July 19. All responses will be reviewed immediately, and qualified contractors will be submitted on a future Board of County Commissioners meeting agenda for contract approval.
