As we gear up for the 2024-2025 school year, there are several exciting events planned to help students and parents prepare for a successful start. From ‘Meet the Teacher’ to school supply drives, these events are designed to ensure everyone is ready and informed. Pack the Patrol Car: July 26 from 12 – 3 PM

Help the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office PACK THE PATROL CAR as we hold a school supply drive to support local schools!

Deputies will be out accepting donations at Walmart Palm Coast on July 26 from 12-3 p.m.

Can’t make it but still want to donate? Drop-box boxes are available in the lobbies of the Flagler County Sheriff’s Operations Center and Palm Coast District 2 Office until August 30!

Back to School Build-A-Backpack Event: July 27 at 10 AM (First come, First serve)

Sunshine State Heating & Air Conditioning will be hosting a back-to-school backpack event. They will supply 100 students with a backpack of their choice & school supplies.

They will also host a coloring contest during the event; *with parent/guardians permission* and will post photos of coloring entires and whichever student receives the most likes will receive a $150 gift card to do some school shopping with!

Back-to-School Bash – Say Aloha to the School Year: August 2 from 7 – 9 PM

You’re invited to this year’s Back-to-School Bash: “Say Aloha to the School Year”! Games, Singing, Action Songs, and a whole bunch of LUAU-themed fun! Every child will receive a gift with FREE SCHOOL SUPPLIES!

Speaker: Blast Kids Pastor- Marquis Norwood

Check-in will be required upon entry. Our Blast Kids Staff and volunteers will be working to make your child’s experience a fun and safe one.

Come in your best LUAU-themed costume! We are going to have so much fun and God is going to pour out His Spirit on His children!

Back to School Jam: August 3 from 10 AM – 1 PM

Mark your calendars! Flagler Schools is hosting its 13th annual Back-to-School Jam Saturday, Aug. 3rd, at Flagler-Palm Coast High School. The event goes from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the E. W. “Andy” Anderson Athletic Center Gymnasium, at 5500 State Road 100. Administrators from all of our schools will be on-site to answer questions. There will also be school shirts available for purchase at each school’s booth.

District personnel will be on-hand to provide information on various programs and services, including after-school programs. Our Transportation department will be rolling up its booth to address bus schedules and our Food Services team will be available to answer questions about what you need to know about the free breakfast and lunch programs that are available to all students this coming school year.

Additionally, dozens of local vendors will be on-hand with information about their youth-focused activities and programs. Be sure to get photos with various mascots and the always popular “Costumers With a Cause” roaming the gym. Food trucks and a bike rodeo will set up behind the gym.

As always, the Flagler County Education Foundation will have its booth set up, giving out backpacks filled with school supplies. You don’t want to miss any of this as you and your family get ready to start the 2024-2025 school year.

Stuff Bus Drives: August 5 – 23

One of Flagler County’s key back-to-school events is the “Stuff Bus” initiative. This event is all about making sure every student has the supplies they need to succeed.  Join us in this community effort to “Stuff the Bus” and support our students. Together, we can make a difference and help all children start the school year with confidence.

European Village Back to School Bash: August 7 at 6 PM

Enjoy a family fun evening in the village!

Support our community’s students by donating to the backpack and school supplies drive!

There will be entertainment on the main stage, a variety of vendors, food and drinks available at your favorite bars and restaurants in the village, games and MORE!
