Kicking off on October 1st, “Bridge to Fitness” will embark on a transformative 10-week journey, offering participants a comprehensive fitness regimen that includes resistance training, cardiovascular exercises, and a variety of other activities. This program aims to deliver significant benefits such as enhanced mental health, increased endurance, weight management, and improved sleep quality. All of this is available at a remarkably affordable cost of just $30 for the entire duration of the program.

The initiative represents more than just a fitness program; it is a testament to the community’s dedication to inclusivity and the well-being of every member. “Bridge to Fitness” provides a valuable opportunity for personal growth and health improvement, supported by the collaborative efforts of the Sheriff’s Department and the P.A.L. Team.

This program reflects our ongoing commitment to creating supportive and enriching environments for all individuals. The Cedar Bridge Foundation and Flagler County Sheriff’s PAL are proud to work together in fostering a healthier and more inclusive community.
