The Hammock Beach Food & Wine Classic on September 7, 2024 provided a luxurious culinary experience for members and guests alike. Attendees enjoyed tastings of over 90 wines from eight countries, paired with gourmet cuisine curated by the resort’s executive chefs. The evening also included live music and interactive activities.

Food Tents included Delfinos Italian Chophouse, Atlantic Grille, Stix Authentic Sushi, Ocean Bar, Loggerheads Sports Pub, Pizza & Gelato, Banquets at Hammock Beach, Hammock House and Island Time Food Truck.

Food offerings included:

  • Delfinos Italian Chophouse: Carved, Slow Roasted Striploin, Herb Ricotta Polenta Cake, Demi, Micro Greens
  • Atlantic Grille: Gratin Seared Scallop, Peruvian Mashed Potato, Spinach
