As students returned to the classroom, AdventHealth and team members donated nearly 1,300 backpacks filled with essential items such as paper, pencils, folders, and crayons to ensure local kids were fully prepared for the upcoming school year.

In partnership with various non-profit organizations, AdventHealth’s donated school supplies were distributed to area children in need throughout Flagler, Lake, and Volusia counties.

AdventHealth’s 2023-2025 Community Improvement Health Plans (CHIP) demonstrates this commitment. Studies show that 80% of healthcare outcomes are influenced by factors outside hospitals’ walls, such as transportation, housing, food security, and workforce development issues.
