On November 5, Lloyd Parrish, 62, of Palm Coast, was sentenced to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to Sexual Battery on a Helpless Person and Video Voyeurism – 19YOA or Older. He also pled “Nolo Contendere” (No Contest) to Tampering with a Witness or Victim in a 1st Degree Felony Proceeding.

Following his release, Parrish will be on 10 years of Sexual Offender Probation and is required to register as a Sexual Predator.
On February 20, Parrish recorded himself molesting and sexually battering the victim while she was unconscious. The victim told deputies she took muscle relaxers that night due to the death of her pet and dealing with a lot of emotions, and the attack took place after she fell asleep. The victim told deputies she was never aware of the attack until she saw the video weeks later.
On March 4, Major Case detectives interviewed Lloyd, who admitted to filming the video and called himself a “sexual deviant.” Following his arrest, Lloyd reached out to the victim on several occasions in an attempt to persuade her to drop the charges against him.
“I hope this sentencing brings closure to the victim,” said Sheriff Rick Staly. “Thankfully, she didn’t allow herself to be bullied into dropping the charges. Let this also be a warning to sex offenders: we will catch you and send you to prison just like this pervert if you attack a woman or tamper with a witness or victim.”
