By-Line: Brittany Kershaw, City of Palm Coast

The City of Palm Coast is developing a brand-new mobile application, and we want to hear from you! Residents are encouraged to take a short survey to share their ideas and preferences on what features they’d like to see in the app. Your input will help shape a tool that makes accessing city services, updates, and resources easier than ever.

This initiative is being led by the City’s Leadership Intern Training Experience (LITE) Team, a group of staff members from various departments who work directly with the City Manager for one year on a major project. The LITE Team’s 2025 project is to design the framework for the City’s new mobile app, gathering input from residents and city staff to ensure the app meets the community’s needs.

The survey includes questions about the features you’d find most useful, the types of information you regularly search for on the City’s website, and other feedback to guide development. The results will be analyzed and presented to the IT Department, where the app is being developed in-house by skilled programmers.

Visit bit.ly/palmcoastcema to share your thoughts. The survey is quick, easy, and open to all Palm Coast residents through December 10, 2024. Your voice matters as we work to create a user-friendly app that brings the City to your fingertips.

Don’t miss your chance to help design a digital tool that supports your lifestyle and connects you with everything Palm Coast has to offer.
