The Florida Team Pickleball League will be hosting their regional tournament in Palm Coast at the Southern Recreation Center this April 11th – 13th. The Florida Team Pickleball League is a not-for-profit organization, and has teams in multiple regions such as Northeast, Panhandle, Central, and the Central West part of Florida. The winning teams from the regionals will move on to the state championship April 25th-27th, and the winners from the state will move on to nationals, which will be held sometime in late summer at a location that will be announced later.

The Florida Team Pickleball League is made up of 207 teams, with over 2500 players, 77 of those teams and roughly 775 players are here in the Northeast region, which includes Flagler County. The divisions are broken up into three categories, 14+, 50+, and 65+, with men’s teams, women’s teams, and mixed teams.

The Regional Tournament will be open to the public at the Southern Rec Center. Friday night will feature 4.0 and 4.5 men’s and women’s brackets, and Saturday will mainly feature women’s doubles, with Sunday concluding the tournament with mixed doubles. The entire event is run by volunteers.
