On March 13, 2025, members from the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office visited three local schools to present three exceptional students with awards for being “Great Kids” for March 2025.

Every month during the school year, the “Great Kid” Award is presented to students who respect their peers, help others, work hard in academics, and represent themselves and their school well. The recipients are nominated by FCSO’s School Resource Deputies and school employees.

“We’re always excited to present some of the wonderful kids we have in Flagler County with the Sheriff’s Great Kid Awards,” said Sheriff Rick Staly. “The students receiving these awards are all doing great things in our community and their schools. We want them to know that we appreciate their hard work and we’re here to help and support them to reach their goals! Keep up the great work!”

Below is a summary of each student and why they received the Great Kid Award.
