The Chamber of Commerce hosted the grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony for Redefined Food Co at its newest location at the Southern Recreation Center on Friday, June 21. This highly anticipated event marked a significant milestone for the community as it welcomed a culinary hotspot dedicated to sustainable and innovative dining and community involvement.
The highlight of the event was the official ribbon-cutting ceremony. The founders of Redefined Food Co, mother and son duo Jodee Soltes and Joey Soltes, along with key members of the community and Chamber of Commerce, gathered to cut the ribbon amongst cheers and applause. Redefined Food Co showcased their unique menu by offering complimentary samples, including their famous lasagna.

The grand opening of Redefined Food Co at the Southern Recreation Center is just the beginning for Jodee and Joey. The restaurant hosts game nights, various classes, and comedy nights at their new location.
