Flagler County Emergency Management is sharing word that the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) is hosting a virtual town hall from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday (December 17) for residents who still have unmet needs from Hurricane Milton.

The town hall will provide residents with the opportunity to hear about hurricane recovery information and resources to help families determine the best path forward for them. Support to help residents apply for assistance will be available.

Representatives from the FDEM, as well as the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and the Small Business Administration (SBA) will provide brief recover presentations that cover the following topics:

  • Individual assistance
  • Disaster loans
  • Temporary sheltering programs
  • Substantial damage determinations
  • Mitigation grant programs

FDEM is conducting this virtual town hall via Microsoft Teams. Registration is required to participate and can be done online at https://tinyURL.com/FlaglerMilton.
