Today, July 8th, 2023, the First Coast Costumers Guild held a meeting at Cut Up and Sew in the City Market Place Plaza. The event was sponsored by Funky Fandom Fashion, with hopes of planning future meetings. You can follow their Facebook group to find out about future meetings here.

The First Coast Costumers Guild (FCCG) is a group for anyone who shares the love of costumes and Cosplay. People passionate about the world of costumes are welcome regardless of sewing abilities. The Guild welcomes anyone whether they have made costumes or are just looking to get started.

We asked Cynthia how she felt about the first meeting being held here at Cut Up and Sew, “We are very excited! We have a number of new people and all different levels and all different places of costuming and it is going to be exciting to see how this progresses.”
